Over more than a decade in practice, he has conducted statutory audits, internal-control reviews and forensic assignments for mid-to-large enterprises across manufacturing, retail, real estate and financial services.
He plays an active role in the firm's capital-market engagements — preparing listing-ready financials, compiling RHP data, and working alongside Merchant Bankers — and modernises client finance functions with real-time MIS dashboards, cloud ERP and workflow automation. He holds ICAI's AICA Level 1 (AI for Chartered Accountants) certification.
A Chartered Accountant and CFA charterholder, with a Certificate Course in the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) — and a gold medallist in the CA examinations, with an all-India top-50 rank in all three levels (Foundation, Intermediate and Final).
Priyanka is the strategic and compliance backbone of the firm — corporate taxation and litigation, regulatory compliance, financial modelling and capital-market advisory, from corporate restructuring through to RHP support.
